It was a pleasant enough morning but I couldn't persuade myself to embark on a run at 6.30am. A lunchtime run was thus on the cards

When lunchtime came around a longer and less standard route was preferred which took me through Balgownie playing fields, Grandholm Mills, Grandhome Road and Whitestripes Road. It wasn't bright and sunny but it was quite acceptable running weather.

Discussion was prompted by a question submitted by someone in my Jogging Blogging Channel on YouTube. The person was asking for some advice about jogging. Although I am no expert in any of the areas, I accepted the challenge, and I offered some advice both through a text response to the question and during the run I recorded some thoughts. Key to my thoughts was advice to any jogger that they should find a way to enjoy their exercise. This could include running in places of personal interest through to finding a way of attaching some other activity to each run. For example I video record parts of my run and that adds interest in the run for me because of what I can do with the video record.
