The sun was shining brightly and that provided me with a greater sense of optimism at the start to the run. The temperature, however, still had not risen to a level consistent with comfortable 'short sleeve' running.

After a week of fairly adventurous running a shorter standard 45 min run round Balgownie playing fields was the chosen option. This proved to be sufficient for purpose and enough exercise for a pair of leaden legs despite attempts to alter the pace of the run to stimulate leg muscles into a more elastic mode.

The birds around Balgownie park seemed to be in great tune again and there was a general sense of peace and quiet around the park - despite one out-of-control dog in adjacent property - and that brought me back to considering still photography, automatic acceptance of geotagging information on upload to photo sites, and my Nikon Coolpix P6000 digital still camera. This also led me on to consider developments of my geotagging projects into the video medium.
